FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHO CAN COME?

If you're looking to move more, feel better, eat well and have fun, then YOU! Whether you're an individual, couple or a group of friends, we welcome all. We will ensure that you achieve the most out of your experience.

DO I NEED ANY FITNESS EXPERIENCE TO JOIN?

We 100% cater to all fitness levels. Our aim is to make you feel great, not to riddle you with soreness. Our workouts are designed for all abilities and there will always be progressions and regressions available to suit your needs.

ARE WE OBLIGATED TO JOIN IN EVERYTHING?

We will encourage you to participate as fully as possible but if you feel that you need to miss a session or activity then you are free to do so. We support rest, recovery and downtime.

CAN I HAVE MY OWN ROOM?

Yes, subject to availability and at single occupancy rate. You can opt to take your own room or choose to share. If you choose to share then you can either be partnered up with another guest who has travelled on their own or with a friend. Please notify us at the time of booking what type of room you require.

I HAVE HAD MEDICAL CONDITIONS IN THE PAST, CAN I STILL ATTEND?

If you have a current or historical medical condition that could be affected by our workout program, we recommend that you consult your doctor for clearance before booking. We ask you to make us aware of any health issues in advance of your retreat.

HOW DO I PAY?

There are three ways to pay:

Option 1 - Pay everything up front.

Option 2 - PayPal Pay Later. A payment plan that divides the cost into up to 4 instalments.

Option 3 - Pay a £350 deposit to secure your spot. Remaining balance due 60 days prior to your retreat.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

We have different options available for different sized rooms. Whether you are a solo guest looking to share with someone, a couple or if you want to take a whole room to yourself, we aim to provide! Please refer to the upcoming Escapes page for more details.

WHEN DO I PAY THE REMAINING BALANCE?

Full payment must be received AT LEAST 60 days prior to your Escape. This can either be in two further instalments or whenever you are ready. Failure to do so will lose your spot on the Escape.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

A full and detailed kit list will be sent once you have booked your retreat. You do not need to buy expensive kit or equipment.

HOW DO I GET THERE?

Travel to and from our Escapes is not included. Address is given once full payment has been received along with advice on nearest airport/station/parking.

We will be in touch nearer the time to organise group transfers where possible. Cost for this is not covered by us.

WHAT TIME CAN I ARRIVE?

Arrival time is from midday on the first day. We can arrange transfers from the station/airport (at an additional cost) or we will welcome you at the accommodation. If joining us late, please inform us as soon as possible.

WHAT IF I NEED TO LEAVE EARLY?

You will need to notify our staff if you choose to return early. No refunds will be given for early departure.

WHAT FOOD IS AVAILABLE ON THE RETREAT?

Main meals are served communally, with snacks available throughout the day and plenty of fluids. Breakfast is served buffet style for you to help yourself to. We plan our menus carefully to fuel the hard work and leave you feeling satisfied and nourished. We take the thought and effort out of meal times so all you need to do is enjoy the food.

WHAT IF I HAVE A FOOD INTOLERANCE, DIETARY REQUIREMENT OR ALLERGY?

Please inform us of any specific requirements and we will cater for you.

WILL WE EAT TOGETHER?

Yes. the team and the guests will eat together at a large communal table, inside or outside depending on the weather for lunch and dinner. Breakfast is available buffet style in the communal dining area.

WILL THERE BE ANY FREE TIME?

Yes! We would love for you to explore the local area, take a nap, read a book or whatever it is that helps you relax.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

All nights accommodation, main meals, snacks and soft/alcohol/tea/coffee, group workouts and activities. The accommodation includes towels, laundry appliances, wifi and entertainment systems.
